Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
This Shopping Promotion is open to persons aged 18 and above as at 1 November 2011.
Liquid Luxury Pte. Ltd. ("LL") reserves the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person who is interested to participate in the Glace Iceberg Alley Adventure. Such determination is final and conclusive, and LL is not obliged to give any reason for disqualifying any person from participation in the Glace Iceberg Alley Adventure.
The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Shopping Promotion and Lucky Draw:
Directors, employees and immediate family members of LL, LL’s appointed agencies, and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Lucky Draw. Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings;
Persons who are or become insane, deceased, insolvent or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them;
Persons below the age of 18 as of 1 Nov 2011;
Any other person deemed ineligible at the sole discretion of LL.

All entries must be received before 11.59pm (SST) on 10th April 2012.
The Draw will be conducted on May 1st 2012 at 54 Blair Rd (or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by Liquid Luxury Pte Ltd) and winning Eligible Persons will be selected at random by such means and methods (which may be manual or computerised) as determined by LL. LL reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
Participants should retain their entry code sticker as it may, at the discretion of LL, be required to validate a winning claim. Any person entering more than three times will be required to produce their entry code sticker
Those submitting a winning code on line will be informed immediately via an email, and provided with a claims process.
The prize :
FIRST PRIZE : All expenses paid trip for 2 to Iceberg Valley, valued at SGD8000.
The prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise. LL shall not be responsible for any other consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the prizes.
LL reserves the right to substitute with reserve winners any winner subsequently found to be disqualified. LL’s determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
The winner will be notified in writing by email and/or ordinary post provided. They must respond in writing by email within one week from the date of the email. A reminder will be sent to them should they fail to respond within the specified date. Winners will be given another one week to respond to the reminder, failing which they will automatically be disqualified and replaced with a reserve winner, who will be subject to the same notification procedures stated in this clause.
The names & counties of the top prize winners will be posted online at www.liquidluxury.com.sg between ____13th april______ and ___13th may_______
By entering winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by LL or its agencies.
By participating in this Iceberg Alley Adventure, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications as may be made from time to time.
By accepting these terms and conditions, entrants also confirm that they are not breaching any laws in their country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Lucky Draw. LL will not be held responsible for any entrant entering our Lucky Draws unlawfully.
LL's determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
Neither LL or its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures, lost in post or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of LL or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
LL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the LL website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or syndicated entries are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
LL reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above this number and to the full extent permitted by law LL will not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the awarding of the prizes or for issues with the vehicle.
Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, LL is not liable for:
(a) any action an entrant may take as a result of relying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action; or
(b) any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of (i) an entrant's use of the website, or (ii) a breach of these terms and conditions; or
(c) an entrant's inability to access the website and/or to submit an entry because of an event outside LL's control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant's or the Promoter's ISP or the Internet.
LL reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants in the Draw irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
